Formulated with pralined pecan grains (20%) and pecan nut paste (10%), it delivers an intense aroma, rich nut flavour, and appealing texture. The medium-high viscosity ensures excellent performance in both frozen and baked applications.

Recommended use: Ripple and decorate gelato interiors and surfaces. Mix before use. Store sealed in a cool, dry place. After opening, use within 4 weeks.
